Dear Families,

Important Quarter 1 Information:

• Quarter 1 ends soon! This marks the end of the grading period.
• All work and activity logs must be turned in to the office by Wednesday, November 6th for credits to be added to transcripts.
• Quarter 2 classes begin Monday, November 10th.
  • Student schedules for Q2 will be available that morning.
  • Quarter 1 grades will be final once the term closes.
• Students with an “Incomplete” grade will receive the materials and next steps needed to finish the course.
• Edgenuity courses will continue into Quarter 2; however, students should be actively working to complete these classes and stay on pace toward credit completion.

Conferences:

We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences on:

Wednesday, November 12th, and Thursday, November 13th
4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Milner Crest Education Center

This will be an open-house style event, giving families the opportunity to meet with teachers in their classrooms. To ensure everyone has time with each teacher, we ask that meetings be kept to 10 minutes per teacher.

Light refreshments will be provided, and updated transcripts will be available during conferences.

We look forward to connecting with you and celebrating student progress as we begin a new quarter together!
